Costs per lesson from Autumn Term 2012

 

Invoices will be issued by the administration office via the post during the first two weeks of term.

Payment can still be made without an invoice.



Tuition fees are payable at the COMMENCEMENT of each term.



Half termly fees can be paid at this stage and the second half paid after the half term break.



Fees may be paid either by cash or cheque (made payable to RMBC) in the Music Centre office between the hours of 8.30am-6.30pm (Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs), 8.30am-5.00pm (Fri) or 9.00am-Noon (Sat).

Cheques may also be posted to Jennifer Sunderland at Rochdale Music Service (see contact us for address). Postal receipts will only be issued if a stamped addressed envelope is enclosed with payment.



NB If fees are still unpaid after four weeks of the start of the following term, the debt may be transferred to the Treasurers Department, where further costs may be incurred. Lessons will be cancelled henceforth.

Lessons may only be discontinued at the half term or end of term break.

All lessons are continuous. Once a lesson has been booked, it ceases only when the students requests.



Credit is given when a teacher is absent, otherwise all lessons must be paid for at all times, e.g., holiday during term time, occasional sick absence.

Credit will not be given unless a credit slip is presented at the time of payment.



Lesson times must be strictly adhered to, otherwise subsequent lessons are delayed.
